This is about final year educational training/tour....
Everybody got 5 thousand from college deposit to do whatever they chose.
Some went for India tour, our group were divided into two- half choosing training in India and half training in Nepal.
Roshan & Cesar went to Arena Multimedia.
I went to AA-VAS for TV production. Laxman was supposed to do camera, but he never did :).
We were to surprise India goers with our video film. We included Parash and Nischal to fulfill the actors requirement. We had to share secret with Nikita as we had no female actor.
Lastly, we completed the video film and held premiere in Cesar's house. Although everything was amateurish, Nischal's music in it was superb, specially "Ananta Aakash.."
During the shooting, Laxman and Cesar met with accident. Cesar's uncle's camera was scratched and needed mending. To collect the budget, we played Deusi during that Tihar.

ReplyDeletecesar was worried more abt the camera rather than big wound on his hand.... there was live record of the accident. It was hi8 camera and used to be quite expensive those days...
ReplyDeleteThats true! I was really worried about the camera because it was not mine. I had borrowed it. I was less worried about the bike cause it was my own :). Thank you all for helping me in fixing that camera.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, there was a live record of that accident. It was fun watching it later...though the accident itself was really scary. I don't think any body has that footage any more.
Hahaha...yeah playing cricket that day with the wound in my hand was quite painful. But it was worth it...every one enjoyed that day's shooting and we had a lot of fun. It wouldn't have been the same if all of you knew about the accident :)
And how can i forget how i drag Cesar to put in the water. Thank God i failed.
ReplyDeleteNo body had a clue what went with you guys. I still remember how me and Parash went to look for you guys in the gorge with a hope not to find you there. It was scary but now with time its fun to remember.

Roshan! Great to read ur comment sathi! Kaha gayab bhako? Ya I remember paras and you kicking us after we came to the shooting spot cause you guys were really worried. That day was indeed a mixed experience of thrill,pain,adventure and a lots of fun :)
ReplyDeleteAnother memorable day was the day when we shot Ananta Akash at your house. We had some awesome ideas and camera angles in it and of course...how can we forget your acting :). I could not go to the place where Rabin and you shot the end part(you diving in the cold water). That shot was great. Overall, the movie was okay but I absolutely loved the songs :) Again, I wish I had those videos!
I was thinking "Ravan" was Mote...so its chature...Hmnnn...where's Mote?
